Just
Be Smart
- An interactive program for elementary students
that encourages them to always say no to drugs
and alcohol. Focus is placed upon adult use
of alcohol and tobacco, and that it is not
necessarily the right choice. Emphasis is
on making the right decisions to stay healthy. |
The
Power is Yours - A hard hitting
presentation for middle and high school students.
This program is highly effective in school
settings where taking a stand against drugs
is stressed. The most important lesson is
an understanding that they are their own person. |

motivational presentation focusing on having
one reach his/her own goals and desires. This
program is geared toward any grade level.

they face daily related to alcohol, drugs,
peer pressure and gangs. |
Slam
Dunk! - An intense program
focusing on the challenges facing young people
who are serious about making a difference
through athletics. Added emphasis is placed
upon remaining drug and alcohol free. Students
are encouraged to look at the roles they play,
to assume more active leadership roles in
their school and community, and to set the
right example in and out of the sports arena. |
Make
A Difference - A highly participatory
workshop for parents, teachers, volunteers,
and community leaders, looking to become involved
in fundraising within their school and community.
Proactive drug prevention tips and effective
methods of raising the community support are
shared to demonstrate to children that someone
really does care and is willing to help. |
Parent
Awareness - This workshop
is intended to help parents gain a better
understanding of what their role is to keep
their children involved in making the right
choices. It also raises parental awareness
and alerts them to some of the signs and signals
of which to be aware in keeping their children
drug and gang free. |
